Elizabeth Fremantle is the author of two Tudor court novels published by Penguin: Queen’s Gambit tells the story of Henry VIII’s last wife, Katherine Parr, and Sisters of Treason shines a light on the lives of Ladies Katherine and Mary Grey, the younger sisters of the tragic Lady Jane. She holds a BA in English and an MA in creative Writing from Birkbeck and has contributed to various publications including Vogue, Elle, The Sunday Times, The Wall street Journal and The Express. She lives in London.
